New York festival coming
A three-day musical bonanza is set to hit the city that never sleeps from September 12th to the 14th.
The event, dubbed Minitek - New York’s Electronic Music Festival, is the brainchild of Minimoo, a promotion company from the Big Apple whose track record includes the Adultnapper that went down a treat with electronica-lovers in the city, 365 Mag reports.
A buffet of techno and minimal music will be served up by names such as Richie Hawtin, Audion and Guy Gerber while Monoblock and Format:B will be making their US debuts.
Founded in 2006, the company has thrown gigs in Miami, Los Angeles, Berlin and the Brit favourite Ibiza and now plans to rock New York in an as of yet unknown location as well as in London in April.
