Good question - Good answer

With the world and his mother likely to descend on Barcelona this weekend for the Sonar festival, a three-day humdinger of electronic music, one of the organisers of the event, Georgia Taglietti, somehow found time to answer a question which should require several hours’ thought and contemplation.
Ms Taglietti took the time to speak with Beatportal about exactly how much effort goes into throwing a bash of the magnitude of Sonar but also found a succinct answer to a topic which you could write a book on.
What is electronic music culture, the Italian-born head of international media and PR, who moved to Barcelona when she was 18, was asked by the keen journalist.
She replied: “It was born out of new technologies and through the internet it has spread, and has become an influence over the way people think, the things they wear, and the way they view the world. It’s a language”.
It’s a language spoken by millions and is being learned by many more each day.
