Last night, Kissdafunk main man Rob Tissera came home for a quiet night in but ended up wrestling with an intruder!

We’re told the DJ returned home to finish working on a new mix, walked up the stairs and found himself face-to-face with a burglar, who was in the process of piling Rob’s laptop and Pioneer CDJ decks into a large suitcase.
Rob’s house was badly effected by the floods which took place this summer and it was in the process of being repaired. But the burglar had also smashed up some copper pipes to steal, causing some of the house to become flooded again!)
So an understandably ruffled Rob starting shouting at him to get the f**k out of his house; and give him back his laptop (which was in the intruder’s hand). The robber came back at him calmly with a hammer and simply said no; he wouldn’t leave and he was going to stab him.
Fearless Rob, instead of running off, kicked him down the stairs(!) smashing his head on the floor… then stood guard over him and wouldn’t let him move until the police got there 20 mins later!
The thief is now in hospital with a sore head (but otherwise ok) and will be charged shortly. Meanwhile, Rob has dusted himself off to continue preparations for Kissdafunk hosting Erick Morillo All Night Long on 30th November, which looks set to be the biggest night ever for his wildly popular club night held at Mission in Leeds.
