The in-house design team here at the office have created a whole new range of t-shirts, which are finally available today via the Ministry of Sound Direct shop after a lot of good, honest hard work to get them there.

I was speaking to Hester in Recordings about it this afternoon, who told me that when the team knocked heads together for inspiration, they came up with a whole range of fresh new designs that use the famous logo in both subtle and more in-yer-face ways.

Anyone who can remeber the wild popularity of the classic Ministry of Sound bomber jackets and record bags will know how iconic the logo is on clothing - and how many people want to splash it across themselves!

This new collection of t-shirts are really fine quality heavy cotton, or as Hester said “it’s not the usual cheap brand merchandising fodder. We wanted them to be something you’d wear out to a club… not something you’d wear to bed!”

From their early head-knocking conception meetings to getting them up for sale on the site has been a labour of love for all concerned and there were some last minute delays with the photography, but today they are ready, costing between £15 and £25.

The team are satisfied at a job well done and think they all look really good… so check out 5 whole pages-worth of them on the site with more to follow, and let us know what you think in the comments below.
